We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund/store credit or SWAP it for another style within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all original packaging with tags attached.
  • Merchandise purchased on sale can be exchanged for another item or store credit hassle-free. 
  • Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at howdynomadsnoma@gmail.com, stating the reason for the return.

Nomadsnoma reserves the right to reject items that are ineligible for return and to assess an additional return fee. Products ineligible for return include perishable items, personalized items, items that are damaged due to improper care or use, and items for which a return has not been authorized. 

* Please do not ship any returned items without first attempting to contact our customer service team at  howdynomadsnoma@gmail.com. We reserve the right to reject any unauthorized returned parcels.

SHIPPING:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Please only ship your return to the address. Any other address is invalid and we will not be able to process your return and refund you accordingly.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not responsible for any missing packages. In case your return has not been received by us, please contact the carrier you have chosen to find out what has happened to your package.

REFUND:

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 working days for us to inspect and process the refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If you have not received a refund yet, please check first your bank account again. Then contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • All our sale items are final. Hence, you will receive a gift card of the same amount, in case you would like to return it.

SWAP/EXCHANGES:

To speed up the process, we highly recommend placing a new order and returning the current order for a refund.

In case the item is no longer available, please contact us and our Customer Delight Team will check what they can do for you.
