By placing this order, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of this sale, including the return and exchanges.
We are a start-up company and we’re doing our absolute best to process and ship all your orders as quickly as possible.
Please be advised that all of our items are made-to-order. We do this in order to save huge costs, and we in turn pass these savings on to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days except for pre-orders/backorders.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- We strive to ship in-stock orders within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipping may take longer.
- Typically, in-stock orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM from Monday to Friday are shipped the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in our processing time.
- Items that are on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they become available.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.
- Shipping time does not include handling time of 1-3 business days.
- Please note that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase due to system volume.
- If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or one package before another. This is to ensure that you begin to receive your items as swiftly as possible.

- All items are shipped with tracking available.

- Palawan lead time, plus 15 days.
- In the event that your shipping address is out of your preferred Forwarder’s delivery zone, our Customer Delight Team will reach out to you via email.
INVALID ADDRESS & ORDER COLLECTION:
- Please keep in mind that you are responsible for providing us with the correct address.
- If the carrier is unable to properly deliver your order due to an incorrect address or if your order will be returned to the sender due to non-collection, we are not responsible for the additional costs.
- We will arrange a resend of your order and apply a fee for the additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We may ask for a police report for stolen packages.
CANCELATIONS and AMENDMENT:
- Cancellation and order order modification requests may be submitted within 30 minutes of placing an order. After this window, the order will be forwarded to the warehouse for processing and shipping and can no longer be altered.
- You may still return or exchange your merchandise per our returns and exchange policies.
- Refusing to accept delivery of any merchandise will result in paying service fees.
- If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at howdynomadsnoma@gmail.com, within the first 30 minutes of the order being placed.
DAMAGES, INCORRECT ITEM/S, ISSUES:
We encourage our customers to check the item/s upon receipt with a video and reach out to us immediately, so we can rectify the issue and make it right.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:
If the postal carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot issue a replacement or refund due to theft at your residence. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
